The litigators have many years of in-depth knowledge of the formal legal and practical frameworks for the way in which the cases must be presented to the courts or a court of arbitration and their expertise is recognised among these bodies.

Our litigators work with assignments for Danish courts at City Courts, High Courts and the Supreme Court and they also have broad experience of handling commercial cases for the courts of arbitration.
